ELEMKA undertakes the construction of a new office complex (Piraeus 180 & 186) owned by Premia Properties.
The scope concerns a modern, "green" office complex, the first certified for its bioclimatic characteristics according to LEED Gold that will accommodate a public authority.
The total area will be approximately 26,500 m2. through the conversion of the existing shopping center into an office building, combined with the construction of a new building on an adjacent plot, which is connected to the existing building on the ground floor through the surrounding area and on the fourth floor level with a bridge.
