ELEMKA undertakes the renovation of the office complex KARELA BUSINESS PARK ,owned by PRODEA INVESTMENTS, in Paiania.
The Scope concerns the renovation of an existing office complex inside the offices and the surrounding area. The complex is the first LEED Gold certified building in Greece. The total plot area of 61.315 m2. includes three underground parking lots, restaurants, café, gym and supporting facilities with a green terrace.
