Construction of the historical hotel OLYMPOS – NAOUSA in Thessaloniki. The building is designated as a listed building and as a "work of art and historical monument".

ELEMKA has undertaken the work on all temporary foundations, the supply and installation of a metal scaffold supporting the listed face, the foundations of the main building, as well as the complete construction of the underground floors up to level 0 using the ''top to down'’ method.
