Manufacturing and Erection of steel structure works at the CROWN PACKAGING MANUFACTURING SPAIN SL plant in Seville, Spain, for the conversion of the existing production line from tinplate to aluminum cans intended for the beer and beverage industry of the Iberian Peninsula and for export to neighboring countries.

ELEMKA successfully completed within a period of 4.5 months the static study, supply of materials, fabrication, transportation and erection of the steel structure of two platforms, with a total area of 2,425 m²  and total weight of 300tn, on top of which the conveyors, machinery and electromechanical equipment of the new factory production line were installed. The scope of works also included the special horizontal gratings which make up the deck of the steel platforms, the escape stairways, the secondary steel platforms providing access to machinery and also all the security handrails placed in the platforms’ perimeter.
