ELEMKA completed the construction of a luxury office complex with a total surface area of 4,616 m2 of METLEN SA in Marousi, Attica. The contract included the procurement and construction of all architectural, civil and electromechanical works, the geothermal system and the final delivery of the project in operation.
The new building received the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) international certification at the highest possible level, Platinum, for environmental and sustainable buildings from the non-profit organization, the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
