ELEMKA undertakes the early works for the construction of two building complex in Hellenikon Metropolitan Pole, owned by Hellinikon S.M.S.A..
The scope of works includes the construction of two building complex with total area 16.000 m2. The first is compromised of three buildings and reaching heights of 5 floors with common basement placed in such way to take advantage of the sea view. The second complex is distributed in three buildings.
ELEMKA undertakes the Civil Works, the Electromechanical works for infrastructure and the Supervision of fencing works at Hellinikon Pole.
