CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL SHELTERS IN THE OUTDOOR AREA OF THE REGENCY CASINO IN THESSALONIKI

ELEMKA undertakes the execution of the works for the construction and erection of new steel shelters in the outdoor area of the existing building of the Casino (Municipality of Thermi, Regional Unit of Thessaloniki).

The new shelters are independent steel structures covered with a four-pitched roof to morphologically connect with the existing building of the Casino without exceeding its height. Their load-bearing structure consists of steel sections, and the roof covering is made with a distinct covering material-canvas in earthy colors that harmonizes with the existing building. Opaque glass vertical elements will be installed around the shelters to protect the area from the wind, with a height of up to 2.40 meters from the landscaped ground, excluding the creation of an enclosed space.
