ELEMKA is undertaking the construction of a new building within the Papagou military camp, donated by the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation.
The project involves a two-story building of mixed construction (metal frame – metal slabs – concrete infill on slabs – basement and concrete foundation), featuring offices, meeting rooms, and various ancillary spaces. The building is positioned on the site in such a way that its long façades are oriented east-west. The layout is organized around two rectangular atriums that provide natural light to the interior spaces. Surrounding these atriums are the offices and other areas. The total area of the building is 2,590 m2.
