ELEMKA is undertaking the construction of a new industrial building, part of the extension of METLEN’s factory, within the 1st Industrial Area in Volos.
The project involves the construction of a steel building (concrete foundation – steel structure/frame – concrete slab on grade – panels), which extends to around 8.200 m2 and its maximum height reaches 14m. The scope of work also includes the procurement and installation of special steel structures, electrical and mechanical equipment, networks, finishing works, the construction of a perimeter fencing wall and the formation of new roads and surroundings. The project budget comes up to approximately 16.000.000 €.
