Construction is in progress for a seven-story hotel in the heart of Athens, near the Acropolis. This is a project that combines contemporary architecture with the preservation and enhancement of the façade of the existing listed two-story building. ELEMKA’s scope includes the design, permitting, demolition works, structural reinforcements and restoration of the preserved building, as well as the construction and completion of the new structure. The addition of the new building is guided by the goal of showcasing the façades of the existing construction, creating a unified and modern architectural complex.
