ELEMKA has undertaken the restoration, renovation, and modernization of the emblematic and historically significant property located at the corner of Korai and Stadiou streets, owned by @Piraeus, as part of a broader redevelopment and reuse project led by @Dimand, based on the most advanced building specifications.
The property also includes Stoa Korai, which was one of the most vibrant commercial galleries in the historic center of Athens, now entering the final countdown to its full renovation.
The total area of the building reaches 15,000 sq.m., with more than 9,000 sq.m. allocated for the new administrative headquarters of Piraeus Bank, contributing to the creation of a new dynamic hub for business and leisure in the heart of Athens.
The project also encompasses the revival of the preserved ASTY cinema, as well as the preservation and enhancement of the Kommandatur historic site (1941–44).
