RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION, VOULA

ELEMKA has undertaken the construction of a modern residential complex of high standards and modern architectural design in Voula. The project includes the development of 28 residences with underground and above-ground communal spaces, such as a gym, sauna, parking areas, as well as green and recreational spaces. ELEMKA is responsible for constructing the structural framework of the buildings, completing the architectural and electromechanical installations, and carrying out the landscaping and planting of the surrounding area. The project duration has been set at 23 months, aiming to deliver a development that meets residents' expectations for a high-quality living experience.
