ELEMKA undertakes the restoration of Megaro Athinogenous and the construction of a new 8 -storey building on 50 Stadiou Street in Athens.
The scope concerns to the complete restoration of Megaro Athinogenous, designated historical preserved monument and work of art, originally built between 1875 - 1880 with the aim of maintaining and promoting the building as a remarkable example of architectural composition in the area in combination with the construction of a new 8 -storey building on the back of the plot that is connected to Megaro Athinogenous on the ground floor through the surrounding area and on the first floor with bridge.
Total construction of buildings about 4800m2
